Need to Schedule a COVID-19 Vaccine?

COVID-19 vaccines are available to those 6 months and older. First doses for adults can be scheduled online. For children, please call your pediatrician.

SSM Health is now offering both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to children 6 months or older. Call your pediatrician to schedule and don't forget to request proxy access to your child's health record.

At SSM Health, we are eager to provide the COVID-19 vaccine, including the booster, as quickly and safely as possible to all who are eligible. It is recommended that everyone 5 years or older get one booster after completing the COVID-19 vaccine primary series. The second booster is recommended for everyone 50 years and older and certain priority populations.
