How can I make a payment?
SSM Health offers three options for paying your hospital bill. You can pay on this site. You can pay by phone by calling Customer Service at 855-989-6789 from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. You can also mail your payment. You can pay your bill online, by mail or by phone. Choose the facility where you received your services. Payments will be posted within 24 to 48 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept cash, check and major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. We also accept E-checks.
Can I pay my bill over the telephone?
Yes, we accept major credit card payments and checks over the phone or by mail. To pay over the phone, call customer service at toll free 855-989-6789 from 8 am to 5 pm (CST) Monday through Friday. Major credit cards are accepted. E-check is also available.
Can I make payment arrangements?
Yes, please contact our customer service department to discuss reasonable payments arrangements and our zero interest patient loan option.
Will SSM Health file my hospital claim?
Yes, as a courtesy, we will submit a claim to your insurance company. It is important that you provide accurate and complete insurance information at the time of registration to ensure that the claim process goes smoothly.
Will SSM Health submit secondary insurance claims?
Yes, we submit secondary claims on your behalf. Secondary claims are submitted after your primary claim has completed processing.
I believe that I overpaid my account. How do I get a refund?
Please contact our customer service department. We will review your account(s). If you are due a refund, we will process it promptly.
Who do I contact for financial assistance if I cannot pay my bill?
Please call our customer service department at 855-989-6789 between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday for information about financial assistance. We are also pleased to offer other payments arrangements.
